Congratulations to the Oklahoma Cyclocross Grand Prix Series winners of 2011. Above is an image of your first place “trophy!”

And thank you so much to everyone who came out to race this year. The whole team of people who helped made the OKGP series possible this year are thrilled to see more racers, and races happening this year. We definitely learned a lot on what works and what creates challenges and we are starting right away on planning for next year!

This week there have been a bunch of adjustments in the world of Oklahoma Cyclocross! First, as we were double checking all results, referencing USACycling’s results pages we came to realize that there was a couple mistakes on their site. We’ve adjusted the Criss Cross Master’s results to be correct, and the Women’s Open results. If there are any other areas that seem off, from the Results tab, please let us know!

Secondly, the State Championship race in Tulsa this weekend WILL BE the last series race, and chance to get points for the OKGP series. It will also be where we do the OKGP series payouts, so if you are in the top 5 you will want to be there!

You can contact us best through the ? mark in the top navigation!

(Please be sure to share this post on Facebook and with Friends. We want to be 100% on results racers fought hard for! And thanks to everyone who has spoken up to helps us get results dialed in!)

First, big thanks to the PG13 club of Oklahoma City and the great race the put on this last weekend! It actually was 40s and raining, so we got some good Cyclocross weather!

Second, we’ve updated the Results area from yesterday. We 7 races into the series and the top three positions in most of the categories are close! Many will be decided this next weekend at the OKGP Series Finale!

Finally - the Cross your Heart CX Race this weekend is both the Oklahoma State CX Championship as well as the Series Finale. Check out the Event Details here.

See you this weekend!

The cross race scheduled for December 3 in Tulsa has been cancelled but the race in Owasso on the 4th is a GO.

(- Submitted by Jack McNeal)

I’ve just received news the December 3rd cross race might be back on again. Stay tuned here and we will update as soon as we know!
